Over the years the Ali Shungu Foundation has worked with five communities, San Juan Loma, Yambiro, Larcacunga, Agualongo and Panacillo. These days, we are dedicating our efforts to our own community, Yamibiro. Any financial assistance to help maintain the school buildings, help finance school field trips, help with emergencies, water projects, healthcare, small business start ups or general needs would be most appreciated!
USED CLOTHING DRIVE

School supplies cost parents $30. to $40 for each child, and most have several kids. Will you have an extra suitcase to bring down some basic school supplies like pencils, scissors, pens, magic markers books in Spanish for the library. Or help us finance assistance to the parents and teachers.
Please help finance the education a young indigenous girl or boy! This program grows each year and will reap many long term benefits! The Ali Shungu Scholarship Program has provided yearly scholarships of $100. to $200. to poor rural students for jr. high school and sr. high school.
The Ali Shungu Foundation asks you to spend some time helping the community Do you or your organiztion have time and knowledge to work with local teachers and leaders in our community? Can you teach sports, arts and crafts, health/nutrition, English or computer skills? Write to us.
Clothing for these rural families is expensive and of mediocre quality. Can you haul down a couple of suitcases of baby clothing or clothing for kids? Clothing will be passed on and on and on.....
