Myra Perugachi, of Yambiro, 14, is receiving a $100. scholarship for the second year in a row. Last year, Myra's parents were planning to send her to Quito to work but were convinced to keep her in school because of the scholarship. Myra now works part time at the Ali Shungu Lodge and wishes to follow a career in tourism.
